Complete Import Management Service

Total Imports PLC is a service provider.  We conduct your import for a fixed fee that works out to be between 3-5% of the goods value.  However, quite often we will negotiate that fee from the supplier. 

If the total value of an order is below £14,000 our standard service fee is £700.00 ex VAT.  As order values increase our fee drops.

It is worth remembering that a service fee will always be less than what you are currently paying for your goods.  If you are currently operating an Internal Import Function you may wish to speak to a Trade Delegate about how outsourcing Import services can provide savings.

How the service works 

Your initial consultation is free, as is the first stage of sourcing your product.  Once we have established product availability and estimated the price range we will then begin the real work of sourcing the most competitive product and negotiating with the manufacturer. 

Once we have agreed a contract Total Imports will then manage the trade operation in its entirety; and our service fee will be applied. 

Finance

As a client you may want to take advantage of our ability to finance our clients orders.  If your company has a strong credit rating we will be able to finance your orders.  If you are a new company we can build a Trade Finance line for you, as you grow.
