Our Import service to Corporate Clients is based on a solid foundation of understanding requirements and an ability to adapt our service to match these.  Our Corporate Team of Senior Trade Delegates are fully conversant with your need to remain fiercely competitive, and we have evolved our methods of Import and Trade operation with this foremost in mind.

Strategic Planning:  We conduct a full appraisal of your current and future import mechanisms focusing on how external factors will affect your product, trade and current operations.  We explore in detail how the movements of Trade Blocks will create and remove import opportunities and provide a forecast of the most likely trade outcomes.  We then examine your product in detail and conduct an assessment of international supply and import demand using comparisons of similar products, market trends, and other external influence such as Government imposed regulations.  We will assess your current manufacturing requirements and impose these onto a future trade template in order to illustrate what your import and manufacturing requirements will be. 

This service is available either as part of an Import Management service or as a stand alone service. 

Sourcing:  How can you be certain you are importing the best products?  We examine your product requirements against the current market demand and set out to better your current import product in terms of both price and quality.  

Logistic Management:  How efficient is your Import Procedure and would it stand up to formal inspection?  In our experience we have found that personnel responsible for an Import Logistic Function frequently do not understand the procedures they are following despite training.  Our trade delegates will streamline and manage your Import Function at a cost that is guaranteed to be less than your current import operating costs.  As part of this service they will attend meetings and report directly on the Import Function.    

Complete Import Management:  This Corporate Package is tailored for each individual client and encompasses all procedures vital to maintaining a successful import function.  Beginning with Strategic Planning we present detailed recommendations prior to sourcing and streamlining the Logistic Function.  We will also present updates and new strategic advise at regular meetings or as required.
