Sourcing - Cost Price from the Manufacturer:  We have invested thousands of hours in building positive business relationships with manufacturers around the world.  Each one of these manufacturers knows that they need to be competitive to be awarded any business through Total Imports.  When we source your goods we provide transparency so that you can be assured we are sourcing your product at cost price, not with a suppliers margin.  Before you enter into a contract with Total Imports we would already have provided you with a comprehensive summary of product costs and your savings.

At all times Total Imports represents the best interests of our Clients; and all correspondence with manufacturers is made available for review.

Logistic Management:  We have found that a large proportion of medium businesses feel that they do not have the freedom to Import their products directly because of a lack of expertise and consequently continue to buy through a supplier.  Total Imports will deliver your product to your doorstep on your terms, or arrange for warehousing - without charge.  The cost of Freight, Insurance and Warehousing is charged at cost without mark up, while the Logistic Management is entirely free.

Clients who have opted to manage their Import Logistics internally have typically found that the requirement for ongoing training, salary and overall operations are time consuming and expensive.  We provide this service through our Trade Delegates and Freight Forwarders who deal with consignments and the related paperwork on a daily basis.  They are formally trained, professionally experienced and provide a single, readily available point of contact.
